General Notes: Husband - T. B. Brown


He was given good educational advantages, and in 1872 graduated from the Iron City Commercial College. He then clerked for a time in a store at Parker's Landing, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, and the same year became established in the dry goods trade at Petrolia, Pennsylvania, where he remained until 1881, when he removed to Bradford and opened a place of business. He gaves employment to eight persons, having one of the largest stores in the town. In politics Mr. Brown was a Republican. He was a member of the I. O. O. F., both lodge and encampment.
