General Notes: Husband - Franklin W. Kamerer

He grew up and received his education in Delaware Township, Mercer County, PA, and in the spring of 1879 began clerking in Greenville, which he continued eight years. In June, 1887, he formed a partnership with L. F. Black, purchased the furniture stock of Woodward Bros., and removed to the Johnston Block, where they continued to do a large and increasing business till November, 1888, when the firm of Kamerer & Newell was organized.
