General Notes: Husband - Simon Fisher


He was a farmer and stock-raiser of Mt. Pleasant township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. He was a member of the Reformed church and in politics a democrat.

He did not inherit the old homestead from his father, but in 1868 purchased a farm of about one hundred and four acres about one-half mile west of where his son, Harry, later had a store.
