General Notes: Husband - Hugh Hanna, Sr.

He was a native of Ireland, who moved into Morris township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, about the year 1790, and purchased the farm on which Henry M. Conklin later resided. Upon this place he passed the remainder of his days, and at his death left a family of eight children.

He came to Washingon County, Pennsylvania, at a very early day, married, reared a family, and died after a long life of usefulness as a pioneer farmer.
