General Notes: Husband - Oliver Farrar


He was engaged many years of his life in the milling business. For several terms he was a member of the Legislature of Vermont, chosen by the Democrats. He also served the people of his resident county in Vermont as a Justice of the Peace.
He was the father of thirteen children; three were still living in 1884.
