General Notes: Husband - Hugh Cameron

He and his wife were natives of Scotland, who migrated to America and settled at Denniston's town, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, in 1779, and removed to Indiana County about 1789. They settled on a farm later subdivided. The first improvement was on a part later known as the Davis' farm, two miles from a point afterwards known as Black-lick furnace.
