General Notes: Husband - John Brandon Horner

He was born in Cranberry Township, Venango County, Pennsylvania, and passed practically all his life on the same farm there, his mother's farm. His father died when he was a young boy. He was brought up to farming, and followed that work in connection with the production of oil throughout life. A Democrat and an active worker in the party, he served on the election board and as a member of the township school board, and was useful in the direction of local affairs for the best interests of the community. He was a member of the Cranberry M. E. Church, and is buried in Cranberry Township. [CAB, 834]
