General Notes: Husband - John William Woodward

Franklin Twp, Fayette Co, PA - a farmer

He was reared on the farm, attended the common schools, and then turned his attention to farming which was his life pursuit. He owned a desirable and well improved farm of ninety acres of land, while his wife was the owner of a house and five acres of land in Franklin township. He was always a Democrat, and held membership for a number of years in the Presbyterian church.
