General Notes: Husband - Thomas Boggs, Sr.


The Boggs family is Scotch-Irish. His father at an early day left Scotland and in 1722 settled in the town of Glassdrummond, Ireland. Thomas Boggs, Sr., left Ireland in 1805, and coming to America settled in western Pennsylvania, near Brighton, in Beaver County, where he died.
