General Notes: Husband - Michael Blose

He was a native of Northampton County, Pennsylvania, and was a miller by occupation, his father owning a mill in that county. While a young man, he emigrated to near Salem Church, Westmoreland County, and was there married, removing, in 1809, to the vicinity of Kittanning, Armstrong County, where he located on what later became the David Shoemaker farm.
