General Notes: Husband - George Bollinger


He was educated principally in his native county. In early life he farmed, and taught school in the winter five years in his neighborhood.
He and his wife were members of the United Brethren denomination, of which he was circuit steward. He was school director of his township, and politically was identified with the Republican party. He owned 114 acres, a part of the old family homestead, on which he resided.
