General Notes: Husband - Thomas P. Bell


He attended the public schools of Washington Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania, and West Sunbury Academy, West Sunbury. He then worked on his father's farm drilling oil wells where he remained about three years. He was with the Pure Oil Pipe Line Company as a gauger, working through the various positions with the company until he was promoted to division superintendent. His territory then embraced Allegheny, Warren, Butler and Clarion counties, with offices in the Butler County National Bank Building, But­ler.
