Obituary:
Samuel Bell.
Funeral services were held at the Methodist Episcopal church at Clintonville Tuesday afternoon in memory of Samuel Bell.
Mr. Bell, who was 78 years of age, had spent the past five years at the home of his son, Lester, in Rocky Grove. Four months ago he and Mrs. Bell moved to Clintonville. Mr. Bell had been ill for several weeks and had been a patient in the Franklin hospital, returning to Clintonville last Tuesday. His condition on Saturday was considerably improved and his death at 4:30 o'clock Sunday morning was unexpected.
Surviving are his wife, who was formerly Sara Ann Latchaw and the following sons and daughters-Mrs. Oscar Martin at whose home he died, Elmer Bell, also of Clintonville; Mrs. Charles McConnell, Grove City; Mrs. Harry Voorhies and Doran Albert Bell, of Erie; Lester, of Rocky Grove; Homer, Detroit; Mrs. Fred Fleming, of Kennerdell. He also leaves two sisters Mrs. Mary Sweetwood, Detroit; Mrs. Ettie Latchaw, Victory.
For 16 years, previous to coming to Rocky Grove, Mr. and Mrs. Bell had lived in Erie.
Rev. Bish of the Clintonville Methodist church, Rev. Toten, of the Presbyterian church and Rev. H. B. Davis, of Sharon, who was long a friend of the family, conducted the funeral. Burial was made in the Clintonville cemetery with six grandsons as pall-bearers.

Mrs. Sara Bell.
Mrs. Sara Bell, 74, well known Clintonville resident, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. F. O. Fleming, R. D. 2, Kennerdell, Sunday evening at 8:55 o'clock.
The deceased was the widow of Samuel H. Bell, who died Feb. 7, 1932.
She is survived by the following children: Mrs. Fred Fleming, Mrs. J. A. Martin, Clintonville; Leslie, of Rocky Grove, Homer, of Detroit, Albert and Mrs. Virda Voorhis, of Erie, Mrs. Charles McConnell, of Barkeyville, and Elmer, of Franklin. Two children preceded Mrs. Bell in death.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 from the Fleming home and interment will be in the Clintonville Methodist Church Cemetery.
