Samuel A. Bell
Samuel A. Bell, 59, of Culber­son Road, Knox, died at 2:05 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 6, 1996, in his home following a lengthy illness.
Born Nov. 16, 1936, in Beaver Township, he was a son of Eugene W. and Twila V. Hartzell Bell.
Mr. Bell worked for Bracken Construction of Sligo.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was interested in various ani­mals.
Surviving are his mother, Twila Bell of Knox RD 1; two sons, Randy W. Bell of Knox and Jeff E. Bell of Jamison, Ala.; a daugh­ter, Mrs. David (Tonia) Yockey of Kittanning; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He also is survived by four sis­ters, Gladys Cooper of Shawnee, Okla., Mrs. Paul (Connie) Snyder of Charlotte, N.C., Esther Thompson of Knox RD 2, and Mrs. Ronald (Jean) Strotman of Ridge­ly, Md.; a brother, Eugene W. Bell Jr. of Knox RD 2; and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today in the David C. McEn­tire Funeral Home in Knox.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the funer­al home with the Rev. Rip Wright, pastor of the Faith Church of the Nazarene at Kos­suth, officiating.
Interment will be in St. Mark Cemetery near Kossuth.
