General Notes: Husband - William Harvey Wise

He was reared and educated in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and his business was always concerned with agricultural pursuits. After his marriage he followed trucking but later moved to a farm and went into stockraising, general farming and dairying, raising corn, oats, wheat and hay, keeping fourteen head of fine cattle and selling milk in Pittsburgh. He had three producing oil wells on the farm which were worked under lease and he opened a coal bank which was of great value.
