Miss Candace A. Ziegler.
Funeral services for Miss Candace A. Ziegler, daughter of the late Abraham and Martha Ziegler, and a former school teacher in Venango County who died at 5 p. m. Thursday at her home, 116 East Second Street, will be held at 1 p. m. Saturday at the family home. Rev. C. J. Whitlatch, pastor of the Grace Methodist Church, will officiate and burial will be in Grove Hill Cemetery.
Miss Ziegler was born at Maple Shade and came to Oil City to make her home 43 years ago. She was living with her sister, Belle, at the time of her death. She was a member of the Grace Methodist Church for the past 43 years and taught in the Sunday school for many years. She was interested in art and studied its works as a hobby.
Surviving are two sisters, Belle Ziegler and Mrs. W. J. Smith, of Oil City, and the following nephews and niece: E. Willard and F. D. Ziegler and Mrs. E. E. Brumberg, of Oil City.
