General Notes: Husband - Fides Weber

He moved to Venango County, PA, in 1854, and located in Jackson township. In 1861 he went to Sunville, Plum township, and commenced the shoe-making trade which he followed for two years. On August 23d, 1863, he obtained a position in a store at Franklin, and worked for four years, after which time he removed to Dempseytown, where he engaged in the dry goods business. He was later engaged in a variety store in that place.
