General Notes: Husband - Hugh Wallace

Very little is known of his history. He inherited part of the family homestead, and complained that he was kept poor all his life by having to take care of the old negroes that belonged to his father's estate. He was thriftless and of unsteady habits, and his property all melted away. It is said he was married and had an only child, a son who predeceased him, and there the line ended.
