General Notes: Husband - William Beatty


He was in active service in the Revolution with Captain James Young's marching company, in the campaign around Philadelphia, in 1777, under Colonel Arthur Buchanan, and with Captain William Findley's marching company, March, 1778, with Colonel Samuel Culbertson's battalion.

He lived in the Brown's Mill neighborhood, near the Poe and Potter plantations.
