General Notes: Husband - Rufus Trask

He was a descendent of the fifth generation of the Salem Trask family and progenitor of the Pennsylvania Trasks.

He was a resident of Salem, Massachusetts; his birth possibly occurred in England. In early life he learned the trade of tailor, which he followed for many years in Waterford, Erie County, Pennsylvania, to which he removed in 1799, it being then called Fort Le Boeuf, accompanied by his wife and children. The remainder of their lives was spent there, their remains being interred in the old cemetery of that place. [GPHAV, 1041]

He served in the revolutionary war, enlisting from Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts.
