Unionville, Centre Co, PA

For several years during early life he engaged in teaching, later followed clerking, book-keeping and photographing; then conducted a hotel at Unionville; but still later was engaged in weaving carpets. He was a member of the Baptist Church, in politics was a Democrat, and held a number of local offices of honor and trust.
