General Notes: Husband - George Solomon Beary


He received his early educa­tion in the public schools and worked on his father's farm, later owning about seven hundred acres of land in Clarion and Venango counties. He was also interested in the lumber and oil business. He was one of the organizers of the First Na­tional Bank of Fryburg, Pennsylvania, and was also one of the organizers of the Enter­prise Creamery at Marble, Pennsylvania, and he was interested in the Farmer's Mercantile Company of Marble. He was a Democrat in politics, and an Evangelical Lutheran in relig­ion.
