General Notes: Husband - Abraham Bean

He was a well known and successful lumberman of Forest County, Pennsylvania, doing business on Tionesta creek from the year 1865 until about 1880, when he moved over near Breakston, where he lumbered until his death. He became one of the most influential citizens in the circle in which he moved, and was a prominent man in connection with the Free Methodist church of which he was a member. In politics he was a Republican, taking a deep interest in the integrity of his party and the principles for which it stood.
