General Notes: Husband - [Father] Smith


This branch of the Smith family settled in Butler County, Pennsylvania, before the year 1800, took up land and were tillers of the soil. They were of Scotch ancestry, he and his wife being the emigrants. They were the parents of five sons and a daughter.
