Obituary
James R. Shriver
James Range Shriver, 67, a former resident of this area and a brother of two district residents, died suddenly Tuesday morning in home, 101 Southwest 22nd Street, Oklahoma City, Okla., according to word received here by relatives. He had been in ill health for the last three years.
Mr. Shriver was born March 11, 1887 in Tionesta, Forest County, the son of the late Alice Wolcott and Zacharia Shriver.
He went to Oklahoma as a youth and became interested in the oil business. He retired from the oil business a few years ago.
Besides his wife, Mr. Shriver is survived by two brothers, Linus T. Shriver of Franklin and A. C. Shriver of President.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Hunter Funeral Home in Oklahoma City, Okla.
