General Notes: Husband - David Riggs


He was six years old when his father returned to the old farm in Washington County, Pennsylvania. He was the eldest of eleven children, and at the death of his father he took charge of the family and occupied the Riggs homestead.
He was justice of the peace for twenty years on the republican ticket. He and Mrs. Riggs were members of the Baptist Church at Library, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
