General Notes: Husband - William H. Saxman


He enlisted to serve for three years in the civil war; after serving about two years he was killed April 1, 1865. He was a member of Company F, Eleventh Pennsylvania Volunteers, Richard Coulter in command.

He died of wounds received at Five Forks, Virginia.
