General Notes: Husband - Thomas M. Weaver

At the farmstead home Thomas M. Weaver was reared to manhood, and as soon as old enough began assisting his father in the cultiva­tion of the fields. His preliminary education was acquired in the district schools, which he at­tended until sixteen years of age. He then pursued a course in Dickinson Seminary, and after­ward engaged in teaching school for three years with excellent success. He was a man of broad general information; and extensive reading made him thoroughly well informed on all cur­rent questions of the day.
