General Notes: Husband - H. E. Riggle


He made his home with his uncle, John Moninger, after the death of his parents, and was educated in the schools of Chartiers township, Washington County, PA. He dealt extensively in stock, making a specialty of sheep raising. He was inter­ested in all public movements, was an active worker in the Republican party, and served on the board of election, also as assistant assessor.
