Children

General Notes: Husband - Robert Simcox

He had one child with his first wife. He had seven children with his second wife.
They lived in Coolspring Township, Mercer County, Pennsylvania. About 1830 they built an inn, known as Forest House or Lion House, which they ran for many years. William Bigler, later governor of Pennsylvania, was employed as a carpenter in its construction. Robert was a trader, dealing in Yankee clocks, cattle horses, and other objects and was also a real estate speculator.

Another source gives his wife's name as Jane Kennedy. Unk if this is confusion of the two wives, or if it is simply the name of one of the wives.
Could he have married sisters?

General Notes: Wife - Jane [Unk]

After her husband's death, she moved with her children to Illinois, settling first in Knox County and later in Marion County.
