General Notes: Husband - Hiram Reed


He enlisted in his country's service during the Rebellion, becoming a member of Company H, 103rd P. V. I., under Capt. Mackey, of Clarion, and was in all the battles of his regiment until December, 1863, when he was killed at Kingston, N. C.
