General Notes: Husband - John Redick


He came from Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, in 1799, and settled on a farm in Allegheny Township, Butler County; the farm was later owned by John Allen. [HBC 1883, 446]

He was wounded in the arm and permanently disabled at the time of the burning of Hannastown, Pennsylvania, and soon after sold his farm, and removed to the northeastern part of Butler County.
