Civil War: 64th Regiment, Co. L, 4th PA Cavalry. Mustered in Jan 1, 1861 for three years; was captured by the confederacy July 16, 1863 and released Nov 19, 1864. He was discharged Nov 24, 1864. (15)
He was injured in a railroad accident. Later died in an asylum. (15)
