He obtained his schooling in Irwin township, Venango County, Pennsylvania, where he commenced farm-ing in 1853. In 1865 he became a resident of Victory. November 14, 1861, he enlisted in Company K, Fourth Pennsylvania Cavalry, and served until disabled in the following year. He and his wife were the parents of ten children. The family was connected with the Church of God, of which Mr. Wareham was the second elder of the society in Victory township. [HVC 1890, 1040]
