Baltimore, MD - a merchant

Civil War: he was in Company E, 40th Pennsylvania volunteers, and the 11th Pa. R. C. and was a prisoner at Libby for forty days.

Later, he was a member of the firm of Barkley, Hasson & Co., Baltimore, Maryland.
