General Notes: Husband - George Morgan

He was educated at Princeton (New Jersey) College, and came west in 1796, after he had finished his studies. He married and the young couple then settled on the old farm at Morganza, in Washington County, Pennsylvania, on which they resided many years.
He died suddenly while on his way home from a visit to Ohio, his wife passing away several years after, in Washington, at the age of seventy years.

He was educated at Princeton College, came west after he had finished his studies, and attended to his father's business. He had charge of the saw- and grist-mill built across the creek in Cecil township, Washington County, Pennsylvania. After the division and sale of the property he went to Bower Hill, Allegheny County, where he resided on a farm of about five hundred acres.
