General Notes: Husband - James M. Templeton


He was long a leading member of the United Presbyterian Church. Prior to moving to Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, in 1875, he was a farmer in Chartiers Township, Washington County, but in later years his health failed and he lived retired. In politics he was a Republican.
