General Notes: Husband - John Ross

The progenitor of the Ross family in Clarion County, Pennsylvania, was John Ross, who was an old resident of Indiana, Pennsylvania, removing in later life to Homer City. He was probably a contractor by profession, having built one of the court-houses of Indiana, in which city his death finally occurred.

He and his second wife were the parents of seven children, three daughters, four sons.
