General Notes: Husband - Benjamin R. Robb

He was educated in the common schools. In early life he began farming for himself on the homestead, ninety-six acres of which he purchased and on which he made all the latest improvements, erecting a fine brick house and out-buildings. In connection with farming he engaged in the lime business, taking the stone and coal from his own farm. He and his family were members of the Lutheran church of Ligonier, in which he held the offices of deacon, trustee and elder. He was a Republican in politics.
