General Notes: Husband - W. G. McIntosh


He received his education in the public schools of Dubois, Pennsylvania, and began his business career in that city with the Hibner-Hoover Hardware Company, where he learned the tinner's trade. He remained with that concern from 1904 until 1912 and then came to Butler, where he became associated with the tinning and sheet metal business owned by J. G. and W. Campbell. Mr. McIntosh purchased the entire business in 1921. It was located at 251 East Cunningham Street.
Politically Mr. McIntosh is identified with the Republican party and he was a member of the Knights of Pythias, Elks Lodge, U. C. T., and the Rotary Club.
