General Notes: Husband - Baltis Ruple


The Ruple family is descended from German ancestry, who emigrated from the Fatherland to America at a very early date.

He came from Morris County, New Jersey, to Washington County, Pennsylvania, where he died in 1795, the year following his arrival. His residence was in Philadelphia during the Revolutionary war. He was married twice.

He was a resident of Philadelphia during the Revolutionary War, later moving to Morris County, New Jersey, and from there, in 1794, to Washington County, Pennsylvania.
