General Notes: Husband - John Stitzer


He settled for several years in Snyder County, Pennsylvania, where he, with his brother, purchased the McAlister mill property, and resided there until sold to Peter Brown.

They lived for several years in Juniata County, Pennsylvania, and also in Union County. They lived for some years on a farm near Washington, D. C., and later moved to Port Royal where both died. [DJT, 180] But the same source, on the same page, gives different information.
