General Notes: Husband - Samuel Mansfield


He made his home at Fayette City, Pennsylvania, being engaged in mercantile business. In politics he was a Democrat, and served on the borough council and on the school board. Mount Auburn cemetery was plotted by him, on land which was owned by him. Both he and his wife were members of the Church of Christ.
