General Notes: Husband - Nathaniel Mallory


He served as a sergeant for seven years in the Revolutionary war. He was a man of stern, positive character, and when his daugh­ter Mary became a convert to the Methodist faith he was so bitterly opposed to the idea that he threatened to disinherit her if she did not leave the denomination.
