General Notes: Husband - John Lutton

---

He came to Crawford County, Penn­sylvania, from Connecticut, when a young man. He was familiar with the woolen business which he followed for a time in Meadville, later having a book store in Titusville and in Franklin. He was engaged for some time in the real estate business in Cleve­land, Ohio, and at the time oil was discovered in Venango County sold and leased oil lands.
