Norma O. Lusher
Mrs. Norma O. Lusher, 49, of Franklin RD 4 died at 6 am Friday in the Franklin Regional Medical Center following a lengthy illness.
Born April 25, 1936, in Franklin, she was a daughter of Norman and Eleanor Schropp Osborne. She attended schools in Oil City.
Mrs. Lusher was employed at Franklin Regional Medical Center for 30 years. For the past 12 years she was ward secretary in the pediatrics department. She served on the nursing council at the hospital.
She was a member of St. Patrick Church in Franklin.
She was married January 6, 1959, to Ronald L. Lusher.
Surviving in addition to her husband are three daughters, Mrs. Phil (Kathryn) Vance of Bay City, Mich.; Mrs. Ronald (Karen) Linderman and Rhonda Lusher, both of Franklin; one son, John P. Lusher, at home; four grandchildren, Mark and Michael Linderman of Franklin; Matthew and Casandra Vance of Bay City, Mich.
Also surviving are her step-father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Rice of Franklin; four brothers, John Osborne of Culver City, Calif.; J. Edward Osborne of Oil City; Donald Osborne of Cooperstown and Norman Osborn of Manhattan Beach, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her father, and twin sons who died in infancy.
Friends will be received from 7 to 9 pm today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Sunday at Huff Chapel in Franklin. The rosary will be recited there at 8:30 pm Sunday.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 am Monday in St. Patrick Church in Franklin with Rev. John J. Herbein, parochial vicar of the church, as celebrant.
Interment will be in St. Patrick Cemetery.

MRS. NORMA LUSHER
The funeral mass for Mrs. Norma O. Lusher, 49, of Franklin RD 4, wife of Ronald L. Lusher, was celebrated at 10 a.m. today in St. Patrick's Church. Mrs. Lusher died early Friday morning in Franklin Regional Medical Center.
The Rev. John J. Herbein, parochial vicar of St. Patrick's Church, was the celebrant and the Children's Choir sang for the mass.
Interment was in St. Patrick's Cemetery and the pall bearers were William J. Brazel, Leland H. Kimes, Paul E. Lusher, James R. Lusher, Robert L. Burnett and Richard M. Bell.
Attending services from a distance were Mr. and Mrs. Phil Vance, Bay City, Mich.; Mr. and Mrs. William Brazel, Mr. and Mrs. Leland Kimes, Stoneboro.
Sunday evening the rosary was recited in the Huff Chapel, led by Father Herbein.
