Wedding held in Dundee, Scotland
Mr. and Mrs. William Watson of Dundee, Scotland, announce the marriage of their daughter, Wilma, to Russell Long, son of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Long of Buttermilk Hill. The ceremony took place July 17 at the Downfield South Church in Dundee, Scotland.
The bride was presented in marriage by her father. Miss Dorothy Watson of London served her sister as maid of honor. The bride's niece, Elaine Smith of Dundee, was flower girl.
Thomas Farrelly of Bethesda, Md. accompanied Mr. Long as best man.
A reception followed at the Dundee Chamber of Commerce building with ap­proximately 100 guests in at­tendance including those from Maryland, New York City, England, Scotland and Australia.
The bride was employed at the Timex Factory In Dundee. Her husband is a graduate of New Castle Business School and served four years in the U.S. Navy. He is employed at the Greenville Steel Car Co. in Greenville as an industrial accountant. The couple is residing at Mercer RD 4.
An open reception will be given Sunday In their honor by Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Long from 2 to 6 p.m. The party will he held in the Sugarcreek Civic Club.
