Infant Penny Lockard, daughter of Richard and Charlotte Prindle Lockard of 56 1/2 Clay, North East, died Sunday at Doctors Osteopathic Hospital. In addition to her parents, survivors include her parental grandparents; Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Lockard of North East. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were in charge of the Bowers Funeral Home, 92 S. Lake, North East.
