General Notes: Husband - Nicholas Nelson

He came with the family to Mercer County, PA, in 1837, and for a while thereafter lived in East Lackawannock Township. Locating then on a farn in the eastern part of Springfield Township, he was there employed as a tiller of the soil until his death, at the age of seventy-six years.
