He was city passenger agent of the Mexican Central railroad, and resided in the city of Mexico.

He was engaged successfully in the railroad business in Mexico most of his life. He served [WWI] with the American Expeditionary Forces in France, being sent there by the Government to aid in the transportation facilities for the needs of the allied armies. [PAH, 91]
